Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the custom nature of our designs, all arrangements are made to order and cannot be returned once delivered. Each arrangement is unique and created specifically for your order.
We guarantee that all arrangements will arrive fresh and meet our quality standards. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any concerns.

If your arrangement arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a refund. Photographic evidence may be required to process your claim.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee, as materials may have already been sourced and preparation begun.
To cancel an order, contact us by phone or email with your order number. Cancellation confirmation will be provided via email.
Custom arrangements and event orders require advance preparation and sourcing of specific materials. These orders have different cancellation terms:
If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, we will make reasonable attempts to contact them. If delivery cannot be completed, additional fees may apply for rescheduling. We are not responsible for arrangements left at an unattended address per customer request.
We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials of equal or greater value when specific items are unavailable. We maintain the overall design aesthetic and color palette. If you are not satisfied with a substitution, please contact us within 24 hours.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction.
