We work with natural materials, and the exact appearance of arrangements may vary from website images. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic when specific items are unavailable.
Order cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery. Cancellations with less notice may incur fees. Custom and event orders may have different cancellation terms.
Spryxellaequebla shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service.
